The Third eye chakra in animals

Updated: Jul 2

Let’s explore the Third Eye chakra, also known as the Brow chakra or Ajna chakra in Sanskrit, located between an animal’s eyes. This chakra is associated with the colour purple and the element of light. Purple is revered for its mystical and spiritual associations, symbolising spiritual wisdom and insight.

Some link the Third Eye chakra with the pineal gland, responsible for interpreting the light-dark cycle and secreting melatonin, a hormone crucial for regulating sleep patterns. Across spiritual traditions, it’s believed to facilitate a connection between the physical and spiritual realms.

A balanced Third Eye chakra allows your animal to harmoniously navigate both physical and spiritual dimensions. They exhibit calmness and balance, integrating well with humans and other animals, often appearing serene and at ease.

Signs of an imbalance in the Third Eye chakra may manifest as:

        •       Sensitivity to unfamiliar noises, people, or environments

        •       Headaches

        •       Disconnection from surroundings

        •       Lack of focus and concentration

        •       Eye and vision issues

You can support your animal’s Third Eye chakra through activities such as meditation and guided visualizations. Crystals like Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli, Labradorite, and Sodalite are particularly beneficial in this practice.

In each of my remote animal communication and reiki sessions, I utilise the LOVE Methodology™ (Listen, Observe, Validate, Enrich) and the Trinity Technique (Communication, Reiki, and Astrology) to connect with your animal and restore balance across all chakras. This soul-centred approach aims to enhance your animal’s overall well-being, fostering a deeper connection between you and your beloved companion.
